Things have changed lately so I've been even worse than usual at updating this site. I'm now working for TechSoup Global as a project manager for the Online Community and Social Media Team, working part-time for Community Voicemail as a helpdesk monkey/sys admin and even doing some contract writing for Appolicious. It's busy and crazy but lots of fun.
Of course I'm also teaching classes and heading to conferences to teach and present. Most of the conferences for this year have already happened (see below) but I will also be presenting at the Seattle Green Festival and I'm teaching canning, cheesemaking and soap making with the EOS Alliance again this year.
Bits and Pieces
In March I presented at the Nonprofit Technology Conference on distributed teams. You can also hear an interview I did with Wide Teams on the topic of distributed teams.
On August 14th, 2010 I presented at Craigslist Foundation Boot Camp I taught a class called "Run Free: How to Transform your Community without Money". While presenting to 60 people on how to change your community was great it was especially fulfilling to hear about how Seattle Free School is helping to bring grassroots activism to China! Motorcycles
Maybe you just attended the Seattle Free School class on travelling the world on motorcycle. If so the link to my blog is just below. There's a lot of stuff there on social media but the older posts are all about my trip to and through Baja. I'll be posting about Mexico there when I go later this year (on Bob the motorcycle of course) so check back if you'd like to hear about that.

Well, some of you might have been reading my blog about my trip to Baja. It's been inactive for a while now because, well, I'm not in Baja. Recently I've been in need of a place to share information so the blog is changing it's scene.
